We are hiring an experienced Lead Developer to join our Platform team. We create innovative, scalable software solutions for the London & Global Insurance Markets. This role involves technical decision-making, problem-solving, and actively shaping team performance through mentorship and collaboration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers
• Collaborate on project goals and ensure timely delivery
• Champion modern development practices (TDD, DDD, SOLID, CI/CD)
• Research and prototype scalable technical solutions
• Ensure high-quality documentation and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software development experience with leadership in complex projects
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, Entity Framework, SQL
• Experience with Azure or AWS (IAAS/PAAS), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
